“You can fall apart a million times over in my office, but you will be strong and hold it together in court”. Being so young and fighting for the rights to my son was a journey I never once thought would happen. I remember being scared and not knowing what to do but doing everything on my own until I could no longer proceed without someone who really knew the LAW. The court was not being fair or serving justice and I was just about to give up, but I was given Ms. Smith’s number and those words along with everything else stuck with me forever. The amount of pressure that was lifted off of me with having her by my side truly became a blessing in more ways than one. Not only did I get everything I asked for, but I was also given a new direction with my life. So much was altered meeting such a caring and bright woman. She truly opened my eyes to a world or endless possibilities. Knowing her and working with her opened up so many doors for my son and me. We can’t ever thank her enough. For all her time and all her knowledge writing down exactly how grateful will never seem like enough. She helped me continue being a parent. She was not only supportive in the court room but definitely made sure I was ready and prepared. Even when things didn’t seem like they were going anywhere, I was reassured that things were going on behind the scenes that don’t always show. That first experience is the reason I’ve referred many people, including coming back myself anytime I’ve needed even the smallest amount of help. I can never thank her enough for the changes working and knowing her have done with my life, however I do tell her all the time. She makes a difference and truly does fight for her clients. I learned over the years not everyone leaves happy, but they leave knowing the case was given everything and more. Sometimes things don’t go as planned but when you have someone fighting for you not against you it truly makes everything worth it all in the end. Remember when reading reviews, we always have 3 sides to a story, and everyone has their own opinions. My experience wasn’t easy, the case was very difficult from the start. However, each day I knew I was closer to the end and extremely overwhelmed with joy at the end with the results. I’ve seen Temica in action with family Law and criminal. She is fair and will work with you until the end, and in so many experiences even beyond that. Count your blessings and for me I count her twice.
