I hired Justin on the recommendation of another attorney to assist me with the sale of my business. Perhaps my case was small and insignificant to him – he certainly seemed to regard it that way. He gave me very few details on what I needed to do to prepare for the closing, what documents might be requested, or what to expect at the event. I ended up drafting the letter of intent myself. For two months, I repeatedly asked Justin for a draft of the sale agreement. Sometimes he made excuses for not producing it, sometimes he didn’t reply to me at all. When I finally did receive it, it was barely in time for the closing.
