Just a bit of background on my case and how I found Anthony. I was not familiar with Lemon Law cases at all as all my car troubles previously never rose to the level of a potential lemon law claim. This was my first rodeo in the field – my SUV was about 1 year into a 39 month lease, and it was in the shop for something like 30+ days, for all different issues. I reached out to a firm after a bit of research online – fast forward to a few months later and they tell me that the auto manufacturer is offering a 1 month lease payment (and I would continue on with the lease). They essentially pressured me into taking this deal however, I chose not to. I then found a new firm but it was the same story – they are offering a payment back of 1 month of your lease payment and we think this is a great deal because _____. Once again, I passed on them and really spent time researching the field and the potential attorneys/firms for hire.I am BEYOND happy that I found Anthony, especially after such poor experiences with the others firms. He called me back (after-hours, which he definitely didn’t have to do) immediately after I sent in the service documents to him. Mr. Ballato answered my call on election day. I was quite amazed that he was in the office. He took the time to listen to my situation, only stopping me to ask a question or ask me to spare him the more gruesome details. He was patient and kind. Ultimately, Mr. Ballato said he wouldn’t be able to help defend my situation as it had to do with my medical malpractice concerning my dog. But, he was quick to explain why suing for animal medical malpractice is an uphill battle and also supply me with an alternative that can help, at least, possibly fine the offending veterinarian. Mr. Ballato even followed up our call and sent me a follow-up email covering the details of our conversation. Although I did not ultimately retain Mr. Ballato’s services, I would be sure to contact him again if I should ever have the need to do so.

I have unfortunately been experiencing serious mechanical issues with my Ford F-150 truck and was at my wits end trying to deal with the manufacturer and dealer regarding the defects on my truck. I reached out to Anthony for some advice on a automobile warranty issue I was having with Chrysler. He was very helpful, advised me that my complaint was valid and how to pursue remediation. After we hung up, Anthony even did some additional research and called me back a short time later with information and website links to a Class Action lawsuit in California concerning the same Chrysler warranty issue that I am having. He also provide me with the links to the New York State Attorney General’s office and the Federal Trade Commission office where I could provide a description and documentation on the Chrysler warranty issue I am having while also looking into whether the California Class Action suit is state specific or nation wide. All through our interaction, which he did not charge anything for, Anthony did not rush the conversation, helped me explore all avenues of recourse and even shared similar experiences that he was aware of.
