Positive: ProfessionalismMy case was about defending myself from my new neighbor, who falsely claimed they had trespassing rights to my private property. When I objected, they filed repeated untruthful complaints about me to law enforcement, like claiming that I had run them off the road with my vehicle, when I was actually in another state. The other criminal complaints against me were also concocted by the neighbor, and Carl was (again) successful in quashing the restraining order efforts by the neighbor, and Prosecutors office. After much Good Communication by Carl to the Court, and the Prosecutors Office, all (criminal) charges were eventually dropped. Carl Gaul always had my back, and I am forever grateful. After working with Carl for several months on my child modification case, the Judge dismissed my case because Carl did not address the “change of circumstances” in the initial petition for modification and instead put it in the reply declaration! As a result, the Judge was confused as to what the main issues were so she dismissed the case after only being on the bench for 5 min. We then took the case to Superior Court and the Judge dismissed the case because Carl made a reference in the reply declaration that was used against me. Legal competence and attention to details was clearly missing throughout my experience with Carl.

This man will screw you out of everything!!!! He 100% lied to my father, Greg. Then held a conference where he was told i was to be paid what my losses were for this case. Carol and his wife did whatever they wanted with my fathers finances, have 100% ignored me. My fathers belongings were robbed, including my baby photo alblum witch i have never seen in my whole life. Then i guess my father owes money and collections was told that i handled all finances. Thats A Flat Out Lie. These people still owe me for doing most of the leg work, paying out of my pocket for everything, and collections needs to be told the truth!!!!!!
