She had no idea what a J1 visa was, she gave me wrong information, i went to a great lawyer Jose Pertierra and after taking my case i got my green card in less than 6 months. Very disappointed with Claudia Flowers, if you dont know a special visa look for more information before you tell someone YOU CANT, and i agree with the other bad reviews, it’s exactly what happened to me about 5 years ago.

Really bad lawyer, I went to see her years ago I exposed my case to her and her answer wasn’t just hopeless but also very rude and sarcastic, she told me that there was no way to prove my case or to do something about it, but later on after talking to other lawyers I found out, that yes there was something that could have been done and that my situation could have been fixed, but for listening to what this lady said I waisted a lot of time,. Makes me so upset that I listened to her. She only likes easy cases where there is not much work to be done!

I was highly recommended by a close friend of ours regarding Claudia and her “remarkable” staff. If you are ready to be humiliated go for it. I do not recommended Claudia to anyone! She is overpriced, very rude, sarcastic like, and extremely unprofessional. You would think a person with some sort of professional education she would be a lot “nicer” But she is not. She strives her position as lawyer to belittle others, humiliate and use her sense of sarcasm to her advantage, especially if you are a non-born U.S. citizen. Her staff seems to be knowledgeable to some point. They strive to be “professional” but although they seem that way they can be a bit slow. Just remember if contact information MUST be taken by email (MY recommendation) if you take anything over the phone, it will later be taken as a “he said, she said” battle. At least in email you have prove of conversations regarding payments and such. again, I DO NOT recommend her.

The staff are excellent, and the office looks very nice. My personal issue was the bond I experience between Ms.Claudia. I noticed the way she talked to her clients was in a rude aspect. She seemed very aggressive, wouldn’t let her clients finish speaking and felt as if she was just interested in the money. She never even bothered to say goodbye, instead brought one of her employes to finish up for her.

I had a very great image about this lawyer and her office, but they are very rude and unprofessional. I called to ask for a price and I asked exactly how they price and she hanged up the phone on me. The office is very unprofessional with the work they do.

About two weeks ago, I went with my wife to see Claudia Flowers. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! We went in to talk to her about an immgration problem my wife had. She was very rude, unprofessional and seemed like she only cared about the money. She honestly doesn’t care about your immgration issues. I do not recommend her for anyone.
