Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, ValueAbsolutely, worst experience I’ve ever had with a lawyer, I trusted Dan with the most important thing any human being could, the fight to be a parent. My ex took our daughter away from me and made false allegations that I know were false. I could of proven this myself and wish I would have instead of trusting Dan. I think because I’m young he took me and my case as a joke. He never once returned my phone calls and I understand he’s busy but we all are. If he was unable to dedicate the proper time to my case and do the job he was paid to do he shouldn’t of took the money. His secretary got back to me a few times but at one point Dan went over a month and I still had zero contact back before I show up for court one day and just didn’t show up. COMPLETLEY Unacceptable.
