Elena Rosnov was extremely passive aggressive as the opposing councel in a custody case. She tried to intimidate, bully and overall acted unprofessionally. She presented assumptions rather then facts. I understand she was representing the opposing party, but as a professional she should still show respect for others and refrain from manifesting such an arrogant, patronizing, sarcastic demeanor when communicating. Luckily she withdrew or was replaced by another attorney.
