The people here are very friendly and helpful. At first I did have a few issues. When the time came to settle my case, they assured me multiple times that my records were submitted to the insurance when it really wasn’t and I was waiting months thinking that I would receive a follow up phone call and I didn’t, so I ended up having to call them, it was very frustrating. Thankfully, I ended up speaking to Adam, which was the only person I choose from to communicate with moving forward because I didn’t want to deal with somebody else and keep getting the run around as I did before. He was very helpful, kept me updated and got the job done. Over all I’m happy with my experience but didn’t like being lied too in the beginning.
