Fred is a nice enough guy – but his receptionist is in my opinion impersonal and unprofessional. I left 5 messages over the course of a week and a half requesting information regarding my mother’s estate. Not once was my call returned – nothing to let me know that additional action was required on my part. Losing a loved one and dealing with their estate is hard enough without the additional stress of not getting answers from the professional/representative you paid to assist you through the process.
