Save your money. Jim couldn’t even get my police report and didn’t really do anything he said he would do. I could’ve gotten a public defender for what he did for me. Doesn’t call,text or email back. Go with a different lawyer. He’ll just take your hard earned money. He says he’s a ex prosecuting attorney that knows the ins and outs. Well that didn’t help my case at all. Well, I had hired a lawyer for my DUI prior to finding Jim Dunn, so I have something to compare too. My previous lawyer was Mark Blair, recommended by a friend. Mark had a 6 page paper explaining why he deserved a $2000 retainer and why that was him being lenient. Mark came to court, stood in front of the judge, said his name, and the judge made a ruling and Mark wasn’t even sure what it was. Mark was not personable, you always had to go through his secretaries, and it felt like we had to chase him down. We felt he didn’t earn his money and I even went to jail anyway because of some honest miscommunications with with court that Mark was supposed to handle but didn’t.
