Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, ValueI don’t know we’re to begin worst experience iv ever had I’d rather choose a public defender over this guy. He had my money for over a month and never did anything, not even attempting to notify the court that I retained him. The lady who answers the phone calls flat out lied when she told me they were going to file multiple motions right away just to find out they never did that either. When I finally had enough I gave them a call just to find out that they were requesting more money. I told them it was not gonna work out then they suddenly changed there mind and said that they were willing to stay on the case and at this point I already made my mind up and further let them know I’m not interested anymore please refund the retainer. Then they offer to represent me on my other case for free and again not helping the situation due to there sketchiness I turned them down once more. Then finally when they understood they messed up their relationship with me and that I just wanted my retainer back they choose to charge me Several hundred dollars for nothing. They never did anything for me but stress me out and tell me lies. Handing John nix’s law office any money was the biggest mistake I have ever made. I have NEVER LEGALLY BEEN ROBBED. And even then they are taking their time to refund the retainer they said it wouldn’t be available till the following month. This is a definition of a lawyer being in the wrong. But hey if your cool with a lying law firm representing you then go for it it’s your future on the line not there’s. He had my money for over a month and never did anything, not even attempting to notify the court that I retained him.
