this has been the worst service i have ever received in my life. I put my trust in her to handle a case not only did she take our money and did nothing she was very rude and nasty on demanding more money from us we never signed a contract with her so she basically stole our money and ended our services . we came in and spoke to her twice paid a lump that would normally get us further she spoke nasty as she had personal issues with the other party that was nothing but nice and understanding with us. she brought her personal issues to work and planted it to make us pay more she intimidated us in believing the gentleman was worst then he is she is a fraud and all about money never again. Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI am writing this review today about a terrible experience that i had in 2016 when i hired Attorney Roberts to represent my now former girlfriend in a drug related case. I paid Kate $5,000 dollars cash as she required to defend the case. There were circumstances that occurred ,without going into great detail, that we decided that Attorney Roberts was not acting in our best interest to defend the case .I was left with no choice but to fire Kate and hire another attorney. When i spoke with Kate over the phone requesting a refund of my remaining balance, and an itemized summary receipt, she immediately became uncharacteristically irate with me and said that criminal defense attorneys DO NOT keep receipts and that the balance of the $5,000 fee had been exhausted! I was very disappointed with my experience with Kate .I feel her behavior was very unprofessional and that i am owed an explanation of how my funds were used and any remaining balance as well!!I am writing this review today about a terrible experience that i had in 2016 when i hired Attorney Roberts to represent my now former girlfriend in a drug related case. I paid Kate $5,000 dollars cash as she required to defend the case.
