I was dumbfounded to find that the managing attorney spoke to me more often than did the staff. Also, I received calls from Kimberly AFTER HOURS while she was trying to get things moving along. Communication, speed, accuracy, and confidence are all rated at 100% in my opinion. Last but not least, I was certain that there would be some surprise fee at the end, because Kimberly’s fees are so low, but there were no surprises. I chose Kimberly Abrams from a Google search with my fingers crossed and a little prayer that it would all turn-out okay. I was dumbfounded to find that the managing attorney spoke to me more often than did the staff. Also, I received calls from Kimberly AFTER HOURS while she was trying to get things moving along. Selling a house is a really stressful endeavor, and selecting a good attorney to do so is even more of a challenge! Kimberly made a process of selecting the right buyer and contract a breeze. She was very caring and helped us understand all the various offers that we’ve received and reasons for not entering into those contracts as well as the reasons that we should select the offer that we finally went with. Again Kimberly looked through many offers that we’ve received, always being very diligent, and patient. The care and attention that we got from Kimberly was akin to a mother who truly cares about her kids :).
