Wow where to start…Katie Woods started my case two years ago she didn’t know what she was doing and never followed through. Whenever I called she would never answer so I would email her and waited for weeks until I finally had to go to her office to get a response. I rarely would find here at her office. She has no clue how to run a business or how to provide customer service. She wasted two years on my case and when it came time that we were going to trial she decided she could no longer represent me because she had other obligations. Katie forced me to find another attorney. She finally communicated with me well (daily) when she was encouraging me to release her and find a new attorney. I requested she reimburse me a part of my fees because the agreement was a flat fee for any kind of settlement and a separate flat fee to go to trial which I paid. It has been weeks now and of course no reimbursement and the communication has stopped. What ever you do DO NOT hire this attorney (for anything). I am filing an official complaint with the bar.
