A client becomes a partner as we work together. I listen to my client and we find solutions. We establish the best course of action. Based on our discussion, I prepare a scope of engagement for client approval. The scope sets out the services expected to be provided and usually the fixed fee to be charged. When the client accepts the proposal, my client is engaged in the effort and informed as the challenges are met and goals achieved.
