Lindsay is the best! I hired Lindsay in an effort to get 50/50 custody of my kids from a very manipulative ex-wife. Lindsay was extremely attentive to my case and my needs throughout the entire process. She did everything and more than I could ever ask for. She literally fought for me as my family would. I definitely would not recommend anyone use this attorney. She talked a good game and i trusted her with my custody case but then she completely flopped. Seemed like she only worked on it when i called her but then had the audacity to say that i called her too much and wanted too much contact from her on my case. I ended up having to fire her and get a different attorney to represent me and once he came on board things started to move and were resolved rather quickly. I think it is worth mentioning that while she did have my case she was also in the process of hiring another paralegal so i think that would make it pretty clear that she had more work than her office could handle. She still took my money and worked as little on my case as she could until i released her. I asked for a partial refund due to her not having time for my case but she said it wasn’t her fault that i wanted to hire another attorney. I guess i should have let her work on my case casually until it was resolved instead of getting the representation i paid for. In my opinion her law degree is basically a license to steal since she took my retainer and did little on my case. The real icing on the cake is when i asked for the original file and a detailed bill but received nothing back from her offices.

Had a horrible experience with Lindsey Browne. It took forever and she made it difficult never was clear, d idnt explain process nor gave any advise as to what’s best for my situation. During mediation Lindsey did not help at all, a long the way she was on her phone and had her daughter in the room. Final divorce was scribbled on and sections were scratched out. Waist of money and time. I had to go through another attorney to fix the mess she created that cost me more time and money. Don’t hire her!
