Mayra was the best thing that happened to me as a first time homebuyer! I had a nightmare of a closing thanks to my horrible mortgage broker. Mayra stepped in, and went the extra mile to make sure I closed on time. If that wasn’t enough, nearly 8 months after closing I get a notice about a secondary HOA that wasn’t disclosed by the seller before my closing. The housing association threatened to take my property if all pass due fees weren’t paid, including the portion before I owned the property. Once again Mayra came to my rescue and ensured the title company did their part. I honestly can’t say enough good things about Mayra! 10/10 recommend her services to any and everyone I know.
