I would highly recommend Mike Otto as an attorney! He helped me on two separate occasions. I was very nervous walking in, but once I met him and spoke with him I was very comfortable. He is very knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, and he lifted a ton of bricks off my shoulders both times. They make promises to deliver legal services they are unable too and have ripped me off and continue to ask me for more money outside of our contractually agreed rate. Upon hiring this attorney I clearly asked, “Would there be any costs outside of this fee,” and Attorney Mike Otto said himself simply, “no, there will not be.” This firm made several mistakes when initially filing a judgment for a verbal business contract valuing 8k, delaying the process by months. His service price was 2k to file and obtain the judgement. This was back in January of 2018. It is currently May of 2021 and I haven’t received any documentation about my judgement and anything to get my money back from the court judgement. They pretty much took my money and didn’t complete the job. And their office is asking me for more money, outside of our agreed rate due to errors in their initial filing and their hourly charge. Why am I paying for the attorney’s mistakes? I still have not received anything back from this process and have worked with a team of very professional lawyers afterwards who are good at what they do, honest, modest and get the job done. The firm was recommended to me by so many people and after using them to litigate a two year lawsuit, I can see why.
