I used to work at the office next to Mr.Reed in the same building, he has such a loyal team where they will take your case and handle it as if you’re part of their family. The secretary Daniela Is bilingual and so patient and kind with all the clients who show up at the door and to returning clients for follow up meetings. When I say I’ve seen first hand how attentive they are with their customers I mean they are 100percent attentive with their work and will do their absolute best to answer to everyone. You can tell Nikolaus and his team care about his clients. I’ve seen Daniela and Mr. Reed work together harmoniously to make sure that they are attending well to their clients. I’m happy that I met both of these individuals at the San Pablo office because they are very good, trustworthy people. I know they also work in junction with the office Mr. Reed has in San Francisco.
