Paul is a incredible attorney. He recently helped me thru a domestic situation. During the whole process he was very supportive. He went above & beyond to ease my mind and walk me thru the process step by step. His staff was wonderful. I would highly recommend Paul for any traffic, domestic, or criminal case. I feel like he fights with his heart & soul for everyone of his clients which is what I believe you should look for in a attorney. A attorney that wants to fight for you! All this guy had to do was contact city officials and municipalities along with witnesses that I was in another state and could not have committed the crime I was accused of. I was in illinois 5 days. Instead none of the assets of my case were contacted. I was disabled in a non disabled jail innocent but with an attorney I saw maybe 45 mins the total 7 months in jail. I sent him several letters to try and arrange my things to be put in storage and he wrote me back asking me what I needed and he never followed through.. I lost everything I had. Pictures of my mother and grandmother that have passed. Worst of all my videos of my son growing up.

I hired Paul as my attorney to represent my daughter and I in a family case. Mostly to make sure she was protected and the best possible outcome was reached for her. Paul sold himself well as a very caring individual, wanting what was best for my daughter. This was in March of this year. At first he would address my worries communication seemed ok. In May he hired an assistant attorney who began to represent me in court, I had no knowledge of this. When I called to speak with Stacy Rhody to make sure she understood my fears and worries pertaining to the case she was rude to me. When I mentioned looking for a new attorney she said she would gladly be fired and give my paper work to another attorney. I hired them in March, and by September they still had made no progress in my case. Communication was horrible, there was a parenting class they failed to inform me I needed to take before my next court date. Overall, this firm has poor communication with clients and continues court cases to run clients dry if retainer so they can get the most money out of the. Definitely do not recommend!!!

Clients not shown evidence against them. Clients made to play a waiting game and never see evidence against them. Lawyer Paul.. never contacted any of the assets to the proving of the clients case and whereabouts so case could be dismissed. Instead the lawyer offered a plea deal and was not shown evidence but pleaded because of no disabled access in jail and food offered as diet had damaged the person’s health enough that anything was better than jail. Due process violations and unethical behavior by attorney. Not over yet. Stay tuned

I wouldn’t even waste my time! I hired him for custody case, after awhile with him barely ding anything towards the middle and end didn’t even get the police report for my ex’s dui incident. And then decided to drop me after I found out he mace a mistake and said my case was to complicated to deal with with my ex and I. He seemed good in the beginning but fooled me. He’s horrible at paper work and lazy.
