Critical: ProfessionalismWhen we discussed about our litigation w/ Tony Damianakis he said he would call the plaintiff’s attorney to discuss a settlement. We decided that it was not in our best interests, paid him for his time, but then he went back to the attorney to say he was “fired” and that became an issue in court that did NOT help our case and the judge ruled against us!
