Mr. Lively is a Class 2014 Fellow in the American College of Bankruptcy and served as 2017 President of the Central District of CA Consumer Debtors Attorneys Association. Mr Lively often lectures on consumer and business bankruptcy and served as an adjunct professor at UCLA Law School where he earned a JD & MBA in 1992.
