Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness
The Law Office of Richard St. Paul never followed up after our initial consultation. Richard St. Paul stated that he would follow up with an email for moving forward with next steps, but he never did. I left several messages with his secretary. I then received an email with his contact information (which I clearly already had because I have been leaving messages with his secretary and have access to that information on Google) a couple of days later but nothing regarding our conversation. I replied with an email asking to set up a meeting within a week or two and no one has reached out from his law firm in several weeks. I have since moved on to another firm who sent out all necessary information and paperwork just a few hours after our phone consultation. Needless to say, I have gone along with them instead.
