I had asked specifically to not grant my Ex anymore continuance and not only did Mr. Kalkwarf ask the court clerk for a 4 month continuance because he “wasn’t ready” without notifying me first, but I didn’t hear from him for the next 4 months until days before my next court date and guess what?? He still wasn’t ready. Mr. Kalkwarf even botched court documents by referring to my ex as Mr. B (B referring to MY MAIDEN NAME)! And this whole fiasco along with many other mistakes cost me $4000 that he siphoned out of my retainer before I asked for him to no longer be my counsel.
