Critical: Professionalism, Quality
Today, I had a consultation with one of their female lawyers about a default judgement that I had just found out about that happened back in 2008 that a lawyer was trying to collect on. She told me that the judgement was good for 20 years and then put me on hold. When she came back she told me that Goldenberg law firm could not help me because they did not know if the judgment had been renewed. I asked Isn’t that something as a lawyer you could check on? I was told to check with my local bar association. I am not sure if this is just incompetence or just sheer laziness.

I cannot recommend Simon Goldenberg enough! Simon assisted me with settling out a set of six student loans that added up to a six figure total. The results were shocking to me.
