I was facing an uphill battle almost impossible to be honest, but Sonia and her team took it head on with no hesitation. I needed an attorney for a child custody /child support case brought against me by my ex-wife. A friend of mine recommended Sonia to me and I was very satisfied. I have never had an attorney before and hope to never need one again, If I do though, I know who I’ll be calling first. Sonia and her staff are very personal and friendly. It’s an attorneys job to fight for you and she does just that, but there’s something more to it than just that. I don’t believe she takes the matter personal, a good attorney won’t, but she is very sympathetic to the things that may be personal to you as a client. That little extra carries a lot of weight in my opinion. I was asking to keep the parenting time as it was at 50/50. My ex was trying for a more limited parenting schedule for me. Needless to say, it did get a little ugly. Sonia kept her composure and took the “high road” and in the end everything stayed as it was with the exception of some child support. Take it from someone who had everything to lose and nothing to gain, if you need an attorney to make things happen for you, look no further than Sonia’s office. Her and her staff helped me to keep my son the same amount of time that I had before my ex filed paperwork. Once again Sonia and staff, thank you so much. You guy’s are the greatest.

Sonia Ramirez is hands down the best attorney in Yuma. She is very considerate, she is available to her clients which is a major plus as she does not forward your concerns on. Her team she works with is up to date and is also available to answer questions and concerns and having a team that is knowledgeable is a major plus. She amazed me a single father protecting the welfare of my child and she was amazing in research, her arguments in court and if I could give her 200 stars I would without question give her and her team that. I walked in not knowing what to expect and left knowing she cares it felt like family to me. I would suggest her anytime and will forever thank her for being there during such a hard time.

I do not recommend anyone unless they met 100% of my expectations; in this case, Sonia surpassed that. She is not after your money; she cares about your wellbeing. She stated all of my options and told me to go sleep on them so I could make the decision I wanted to live with. She even told me that if I called her frequently, I was going to be wasting my retainer, that she will call when it was needed and that towards the end there are a lot of phone calls to be made, so I should save my money. It felt like she was a family member trying to help me. That said, she knows what she is doing and is not soft on her decisions, she was on point every time and gave me great advice, she is worth every penny. I do not feel like I was left in a could have, should have, would have situation even after more than a year of ending my case.
