Though nobody ever really wants to need a lawyer, Mr. Gonyer is delightful to work with. He is personable and has helped me remember that to err is to be human. His entire office is pleasant and make each process easy to understand. No obtrusive phone calls in the middle of the work day. Most communication I’ve experienced has been through email which is lovely if you’re trying to keep things discreet or just don’t like talking on the phone.
