Without doubt, the best real estate attorney I have ever worked with. During the years, I have had multiple issues with my tenants and the attorney has always been there to address my concerns immediately. We had buyers wanting to get out of New York City to live in the suburbs. We still had contacts from our visits to New Jersey and began asking around for a law firm that could help us with this transaction since we were doing a For Sale By Owner. The Law Office of Warren S. Jones, Jr. and their staff were outstanding! They are experts in all aspects of real estate law. They helped prepare the deed to transfer the house, reviewed numerous documents, and did all of this on a tight deadline. They promptly answered our questions throughout the process. The law firm also saved us a lot of money by reviewing the Settlement Statement. We did not know that if you are a non-resident seller or a resident moving out of New Jersey the state requires 2% of the sales price to be withheld from the proceeds at Closing! The law firm explained how to recover most or all of that amount depending on how much gain, if any, you made on the sale. You will be very satisfied using The Law Office of Warren S.
