I hired Bill as my buyer attorney. He did not follow up on closing paperwork. I had to hire another lawyer to file the missing paperwork. He charged me extra travel fee for closing outside of Flushing, but he didn’t show up. He sent his paralegal instead. Very unprofessional.

If I could give 0 stars, I definitely would. In fact, he should have negative stars. In my thirty year career as a small business owner, I have never met a lawyer as DISRESPECTFUL, RUDE, and UNTIMELY as Zou. He is a complete scam artist that will SCAM you. He should be avoided entirely. I am SURPRISED how he isn’t DISBARRED by now. He has no knowledge of property tax law and you will 110% find better legal advice somewhere else.

DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE for property tax work. He missed the deadline for my application and tried to charge me extra for an application NEXT year. He said process would be very smooth and we could come to him for any help BEFORE PAYMENT. After we paid him, he became disrespectful, rude, and would provide minimal efforts to solve any and all problems.

Mr. Zou did an excellent job for me and my husband, his office reduced the real property tax by more than 62%, from over $16,000 per year to a little over $6,000. It was a long and difficult process, but you have to be persistent and hire the right person for the right job.
