I was the seller for a deal where amber was the buyer’s representative. Quite an irresponsible person and I think, in all fairness, he should be banned from practice. Make sure before getting involved in any transaction that he’s not the person on the other end of it–assuming that no decent person would hire him. He is slow (I believe he works alone) and asks for revisions at the last minute to buy himself time. Avoid if you can at all cost.

I wish there was a 0 zero star for people like Ambar. He doesn’t return phone calls, doesn’t answer his email, and just decides out of nowhere to set his own time and schedule for the business of others. Highly unrecommended. Perhaps should be sued for his unprofessional (and we, as consumers, should hold such bad lawyers accountable for their bad practice).
