They were rude, inconsiderate, and hateful when I tried to be nice. Brittany was an absolute hateful person towards my family, because we didn’t use them for our side of the transaction. Absolutely no reason to be that disrespectful and rude. The Attorney, Dawn, wouldn’t even speak to us. I don’t want to go into details at all, but I would not recommend this office to my worst enemy. STAY FAR AWAY from them. Avoid using this firm, there are much better attorneys in Hickory, NC.
