There was a time when I did not want to move forward with my case because of personal and family issues. Bob and Manisha repeatedly urged me to go forward because they were confident they could help me. After a time, due to their persistence I decided to go ahead and as a result my case was successful! My experience with Mr. Beles and his law firm was nothing but positive. They were extremely professional and courteous. There was a time when I did not want to move forward with my case because of personal and family issues. Bob and Manisha repeatedly urged me to go forward because they were confident they could help me. After a time, due to their persistence I decided to go ahead and as a result my case was successful! Critical: Professionalism, ResponsivenessI have renewed my daca with Beles and Beles 2 times. First time was a breeze. She was able to get me in and out with no issues. when I went for the second renewal they informed me that the person who originally handled my case no longer worked there. So they assigned me a new attorney. This is when it went down hill. Moses was very disappointing to work with. At our first meeting to sign paper work he miss placed paper work that I had just signed. Rushed the whole meeting and promised to work on it during the weekend to send it as soon as possible. Come to find out it took weeks. After that the worst part of it all they sent my approval and cards to a wrong address. To top it off they blamed me that I had confirmed my address. I know my address and they also had my file which had my information. Spoke to Robert Beles regarding my concerns and was offered comp. Due to losing my documentation and delays. Well here I am trying to renew again and figured that since they had my information it would be less of a hassle to keep same firm but request different attorney. To my surprise I was told in July the only other attorney was on vacation and to call back on August 2 . Well to put the cherry on top, while trying to make an appointment he asked when my card expired before I was able to answer he blatantly said “why don’t you do it yourself ” . I’m sorry, but I pay to not have the anxiety of making an arror and to have if done professionally. I requested to talk to Robert but have yet to receive a call back. I have renewed my daca with Beles and Beles 2 times. First time was a breeze. She was able to get me in and out with no issues. when I went for the second renewal they informed me that the person who originally handled my case no longer worked there. They are not treated like me: take the money and could not work like an attorney. I knew the other party conducts like a gangster. Glad to see there are so many good comments. I hope they are really coming from the great jobs and not a result of deal. They are not treated like me: take the money and could not work like an attorney. I knew the other party conducts like a gangster. However, in my opinion. a real good attorney should work ethically under all the situations, including facing the pressure of power and money.

The only problem I have is when the case is over in their eyes you can’t reach any of them if you need something. With my last case being dropped I need a clear copy of the property the police took,the carbon copy is so bad you can hardly read it. The officer told me only my lawyer can request a better copy. So I’ve been trying to reach Robert for close to a month now and all I can get is a he’s not in the office,or he said he will call you back,which never happens. The only problem I have is when the case is over in their eyes you can’t reach any of them if you need something. With my last case being dropped I need a clear copy of the property the police took,the carbon copy is so bad you can hardly read it. The officer told me only my lawyer can request a better copy. So I’ve been trying to reach Robert for close to a month now and all I can get is a he’s not in the office,or he said he will call you back,which never happens.
