Critical: ProfessionalismDavid Borts was my immigration defensive attorney who violated my rights by placing me in immigration jail for 9months without a probable cause. Today I’m finally free and I’m seeking justice. He has forged multiple signatures of mine. He has taken thousands of dollars from me just to go against me. He is one of the dirties lawyer I have ever dealt with, he is selfish, a thief and also a thief that stole my money. He was originally my lawyer then somehow turned against me to represent my husband. My husband sold our property under borts “ legal documents” and no one has been held accountable for their action.. this man is so dirty that he had his license suspended due to illegal activities. So if you were to ever need a lawyer by any means please don’t use borts because I would never expect this not in milllion years. for the sake of your well being I would recommend mr borts because a trust worthy defendant would never take such a risk to proof such point.
