About a year and half ago, my legal battle began. I was facing a 9 year minimum jail sentence. I interviewed many criminal lawyers over the phone and in-person to decide who it was that I wanted to handle my felony charges for me in Palm Springs. I found out from David that this is California law against carrying a concealed weapon or the crime of carrying a concealed firearm. I recently was charged with a felony penal code 25400 PC. I found out from David that this is California law against carrying a concealed weapon or the crime of carrying a concealed firearm.
