Huge mistake. Poor communication, lacked knowledge of workers comp, Attys assistants failed to schedule needed appointments in a timely fashion. Atty. Roman Ferd was rude, disrespectful and uncaring. I requested changing attorneys and they tried to force me to work with him even though it was a horrible match. I told Breslavsky and he did nothing and just ignored me. I don’t know how they have 4 stars. Horrible!

if you filed a work comp case against your employer THESE ATTORNEYS ARE THE ONES YOU NEED. You will not regret their service. Paulina was my attorney and fought my case for 2 years and it finally settled. The process isn’t fast and that’s what people don’t understand. These cases take time but that’s why you get a legislature to talk to and ask questions to and you can also meet up with the attorney when they’re available. I definitely recommend this law firm. So far I am getting more frustrated with the customer service of this firm than any results. I am beginning to think I made a mistake by choosing this firm. At this point, Veronica ( Sr. Litigation Specialist) is handling my case and I have requested a call back from her going on 6 times now and I get nothing. At one point last week she called me, spent about 7 minutes on the phone with me, then interrupted the conversation and said she would call me back. So far she hasn’t even replied to my emails where I sent her important documentation regarding the WC carriers notices they been sending me.

Worst ever. They settled my mothers case after 20 yrs lied to her about a lump sum settlement. Never gave her 1 advance stated the judge denied it. She lost everything she had waiting on them 2 settle and she ended up getting a 650$/mo for 4 years to restart her life which is impossible. No one responds to phone calls. Very disappointing
