James was excited to work on my case and I appreciated that he was kind and understanding but then when I told his assistant that I wanted to see my own doctor under my insurance and I wasn’t comfortable sharing my social security number and after telling her that I couldn’t afford to see their doctor which is out of network with my insurance they started to ghost my texts and calls. It felt like he wanted no money up front so long as you pay for his doctors.Additionally James wasn’t comfortable when I questioned language written in the retainer…james returned my call and was very rude and yelled at me….it amazes me that someone could pretend to care so much in the beginning but when you dont disclose private security information about you and you question the procedure they get so nasty. Its sad and I wish we had lawyers who cared more about making a difference in someones life who was injured than leeching quick buck.
