Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, ValueI paid her a $3k retainer fee trying to go with someone that looked like me and would hopefully have my best interest at heart. Wrong very wrong. She was late for every appointment or had to reschedule. She was hours late for court appearances. Her assistant was great but Joselyn had no plan to help me and kept giving me the run around until my ex finally sold my home from underneath me without her even informing me. A complete waste of time, money, and resources. I paid her a $3k retainer fee trying to go with someone that looked like me and would hopefully have my best interest at heart. Wrong very wrong. She was late for every appointment or had to reschedule. She was hours late for court appearances. She was my lawyer during the beginning of Covid. When the offices opened back up she had my ex husband and me to resign paperwork three times. He kept leaving things out, which kept pushing back the court date. I finally got a court date this past January. Since then she claims to had filed my child support twice.
