My wife and I retained Jonathan to handle my wife’s I-485 application. He and his team did an excellent job from start to finish (received her Green Card last week!). They handled completion and submittal of all of the applications, provided coaching on the interview process, and were there for us every step of the way. It was our first time seeking out a lawyer as a married couple. My husband was here in the U.S. on a student visa and I was the citizen. After getting married we were clueless on who to trust with the legal process and thanks to Latina Center in Richmond we heard of Jonathan Dunten. We proceeded to contact him and had our consultation. The moment we met with him we knew he was trustworthy (definitely gave out a positive and promising vibe). He was professional and realistic with what was to be expected in the process of applying for the Adjustment Status.
