As an extremely ill and exhausted, medically disabled teacher, I contacted this law office in 2013 for help obtaining disability. At that time, I had over 1200 pages of documentation verifying my case. Mr Hiller spoke with me over the phone himself and refused to take my case simply due to my young age of 40 despite the documentation I had already exhausted myself doing the legwork to obtain.Once the judge finally was able to see my case over 4 years later, he said the sheer volume of paperwork I collected MYSELF spoke volumes about the person I am and the help I needed. He said my case was the prime example of WHY we pay into disability as we work! Yet… Mr. Hiller refused to help me after I was denied the first time applying myself. Because Mr. Hiller refused to help me after claiming on his tv commercials on a daily basis that this is his speciality, I was forced to wait 4 YEARS for a disability hearing due to backlogs in the court. As a family of 6, who are contributing citizens to society… we came extremely close to losing our home and requiring even more assistance just waiting for help . In 4 years, we used all our savings. I was charging groceries to our credit cards and had maxed out every lick of credit and savings we had prior to me getting too sick to work due to the extreme backlog of 4 years waiting my turn for a hearing!!When the judge finally saw my case, he wrote a special provision to disallow reviews of my case so that I never had to go through again what I already had gone thru. I cried the entire hearing out of sheer gratitude for the kindness of the judge in a very broken system. The judge felt the system and the people in it including Mr. Hiller had failed me! Mr. Hiller literally refused to even review my case and it’s facts simply due to my age!!! I had basically already prepared the case for him even in my severe illness!!! Thank God for the help of our church, family & friends who helped us thru those 4 extremely difficult years BUT… I did it myself! I was so terribly sick! The system is broken for those of us it’s supposed to be there to serve and Mr. Hiller is part of the problem My heart was truly broken by someone who I have had to watch on tv for 9 straight years since bragging about how he cares. He may be very good at what he does, but that was not my experience with him. He broke my heart turning me away adding enormous extra stress and strain to a life I was devastated to be giving up. I had been teaching for 20 years by that point and loved my life and my job … it was all I ever wanted to do. It was difficult enough to come to the place in my head where I was realizing I HAD to give up my dream job!! I had gone to school to become an administrator and loved what I did!! I was completely dedicated to my community’s children. I had no plan “B”, I was a teacher and my career was stolen from me by my illness. I gave everything to my community until the very last second I possibly could and Mr. Hiller completely dismissed me as if I had never contributed a minute of my life to my community.Each time I see his commercial, it reminds me I wasn’t worthy of his help in my most vulnerable moments of my life despite my sacrifices and dedication to the students of my community for two decades. He broke my heart at a time he had the power to help me and my 4 children. It was a simple case where he would have received the max amount from disability??? . According to the judge, my case should have been an open and shut case that was wrapped up in the red tape of the system. The judge felt strongly that Mr. Hiller could have helped me have a cut and dry case initially and he shared that he felt it was a shame Mr. Hiller wasn’t more willing to take the time to help .

Didn’t fight for my daughter to get her SSI she had severe chronos disease that finally took her in death November 1 2021 they do enough and we waited 6 years she didn’t what she was entitled to so u see his office failed her she had complicated case of chronos and nobody believed how sick she was I’m not happy what Kenneth did to her now she dead and was denied everything and nobody listen to her I took care of her and I miss her badly

I would give Kenneth Hiller law 10 stars if it was an option. I hired another disability firm attorney who said that they specialize in winning disability cases seven years ago. After waiting about 4 or 5 years and finally going to court, I get a letter telling me that I was denied. Then told by this firm that they don’t think that I would have a good case to appeal. I was so disappointed and depressed not knowing what to do. I kept seeing advertisement on television and radio about Kenneth Hiller law firm, and just called and set up an appointment. After my consultation they gave me hope again. They went right to work on my case. They kept in touch with me at all times updating on the progress. In less than 3 years later here I was again pleading my case with Kenneth Hiller’s attorney by my side fighting for and with me. My attorney told me to be patient because especially with the covid pandemic and everyone working from home, that I may not get a decision for 3 to 6 weeks. Two weeks later I get a decision in the mail. When I opened the letter ,the first words that I saw was FULLY FAVORED. All I could do was cry out Thank you Lord. My husband ran down stairs thinking that I fell or hurt myself asking what’s wrong. Holding me as I cried out, I showed him the letter and he held me tighter, knowing how long I had been waiting for the courts to finally know that I was truly disabled. I can’t thank Kenneth Hiller and his hard working team enough. They literally saved my life. But most of all I thank God for directing me to them.

Starting with my first phone call to the offices of Kenneth H I could not have been in better hands. Cherri walked me through the process of applying for SSD every step of the way. I had no idea what to do or how to apply for SSD. I found her to be more than accommodating to all my questions. Professional does not begin to describe Cherri. She was responsive to all my phone calls, even calling me on a Saturday evening as she was working from home during the COVID pandemic. I highly recommend the offices of Kenneth Hiller.
