I used Lauren for a house purchase that fell through, but that was uneventful, very little work due to a bad inspection. I called several times to hire her for an estate issue and never received a call back, even after talking to her associate who told me they would be glad to help me out. I don’t mind being told that they aren’t taking more clients, but to just blow someone off like that is unprofessional.
