Mrs. De Los Santos was very professional and efficient. She listened to all of my concerns and needs and reassured me that she would work with me in an overwhelming situation. On that promise she delivered. I never felt alone, she didn’t allow me to get too overwhelmed and she handled my case with efficiency and was delicate in the same sense. I will recommend her to whomever is going through a hard situation as such because she is the right person to get you through it and work in your favor.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, ValueLet me be extremely clear when I say this Law Firm does not even deserve the one star that we have to give. Do not waste your money, time or breath dealing with Michelle De Los Santos or her associates. My husband recently hired her as his lawyer because we felt she was an advocate for families and children in the community which seems rare in Columbus, GA but we now see this law firm is a hoax. Upon hiring Michelle De Los Santos, at first things seemed as if they would go well but things went downhill really fast. Michelle De Los Santos was only available for the down payment she required, and this was only because her assistant (Bridget) was not in the office, and she was the only one who knew how to take the payment from what I was told. There was an array of problems we had with Mrs. Santos that included: not being able to reach her because of personal issues on multiple occasions in which she disclosed with my husband, Mrs. Santos not returning calls and even ending a call because of personal issues, Mrs. Santos only called for payments and the one time she called to discuss the case before court was the call that had to end because of personal issues, Mrs. Santos did not fully know details of the case and she made that apparent because she repeatedly asked for the same information that had initially been given to her and most importantly Mrs. Santos did not consult with my husband about certain decisions for the case before she made decisions and the decisions she chose were not aligned with what my husband wanted. This led us to believe that Michelle De Los Santos is not genuine about family unity. Her primary concern is money and payments being made. Mrs. Santos does not uphold the wellbeing and best interest of children and she showed that with our case. She showed that what we wanted was too much of a task for her to take on and she proved that when she made the decision in a matter that should have been discussed with my husband. You would think that as a mother and wife, Mrs. Santos would be a bit more empathetic and sympathetic especially with a case involving child(ren) but it seems as though her own personal issues reflect in her work. Michelle De Los Santos is pure garbage, she is not on your side and she does not care about you as a client but only as a dollar sign. After waiting for nearly a decade and having lost money paying another firm, who never got my situation resolved, Attorney De Los Santos and her team found my ex husband using a PI, served him and finally got the money I was entitled to in less than 3 months.
