Will writing
We prepare basic wills with less that $1,000,000 in assets for $400. We recommend everyone prepare for their future and consider estate planning. We recommend everyone get a Living Will (Advanced Medical Directive) and a Power of Attorney to prepare for the worst.		$400.00
Chapter 13 Emergency Filings
We file same day bankrupcies under emergency conditions. If you are facing a sheriff sale, a chapter 13 or chapter 7 bankruptcy will stop the sale. If you have had a car recently repossessed a chapter 13 bankruptcy or chapter 7 bankruptcy can get it back if has not been sold to a third party. If your wages are being garnished or you have received notice your wages are going to be garnished a chapter 13 bankruptcy or chapter 7 bankruptcy can stop this from happening. Even if you are facing eviction and a warrant of removal has not been issued you can file a chapter 13 bankruptcy to keep your home. Chapter 7 Bankruptcy
We offer a free consultation with bankruptcy attorneys to verify that you qualify for chapter 7 bankruptcy. Chapter 7 Bankruptcy = No money down
If you feel you are too broke to file bankruptcy, we will put you on a payment plan. As long as you have at least $1000 a month in income or $750 on social security we will file for you no money down. All you have to do is pay your filing fee with the court and $20 for the required classes you need to take mandated by federal law. Living Will (Advanced Medical Directive)
A living will directs the person or persons you designate to make future medical care decisions should you become unable to make these decisions for your self. (for example, you are unconscious or too ill to communicate). We recommend everyone prepare for their future and consider estate planning. We recommend everyone get a Will and a Power of Attorney to prepare for the worst.		$400.00
Loan Modification – Loss Mitigation
We will work with your bank to modify your existing mortgage or pursue other forms of loss mitigation such as Short Sale, or Deed-in-Lieu of Foreclosure.
Power of Attorney
There different types of Power of Attorney. One is a springing kind that only happens when certain conditions are met. Such as you are too unconscious. This would give a person to act in your place to take care of your financial decisions or other powers that you designate. There are other power of attorneys that become effective once you sign them. An example is when a Parrent is starting to have issues caring for themselves and a child starts to manage their day-to-day needs. A power of attorney can be revoked at any time, and terminates once someone passes away. We recommend everyone get a Will and a Living Will (Advanced Medical Directive) to prepare for the worst.
Probate Litigattion
We will go to court to fight for your rights in Surrogate court. If the executor of an estate is not doing what they are supposedto, we are here to help.
Quit Claim Deed
We charge $650 for preparing quit claim deeds plus the filing fees. We prepare other types of deeds, however we would need to review your situation prior to making a recommendation.		$650.00
Real Estate Attorney
We charge $600 for attorney review and $600 for closing. If you do not make it out of attorney review, we work to ensure your rights are protected so that you can move on with your life. We aggressively protect your rights and ensure that you are not ripped off in your real estate transaction. We review all contracts related to the closing and review title.		$1,200.00

Patel soltis and Cardenas worked with me for 2 years to get a loan modification. It was a roller coaster ride. I lost my job during the process, had to evict tenants, was facing a sheriff sale, and had 3 previous failed loan mods.
