My family member and I found this firm from Link Up Radio, which is hosted by Squeeze in NYC. Squeeze should be ashamed of himself for Promoting this firm to fellow NYC immigrants as they take advantage of the Caribbean population.We paid thousands of dollars to this firm and once the money was paid we were no longer treated well. The case was not successful and the attorney, Marissa that represented us showed up to Federal Plaza late and the file was missing important documents that we had provided the law firm with. The attorney had an attitude with the immigration office and acted like a child. She had a lot of I don’t know answers and rolled her eyes at the immigration officer. After we were denied a green card the firm said they could ‘fix it’ if we paid out an additional $20,000.We have now retained a small practice and they looked over the file and found several discrepancies. We now are starting over with a new attorney with a fraction of the cost. This new attorney answered your calls and e-mails and explains the process unlike this firm. You have options!!! Please do not waist your hard earned money on this firm. You will regret it. Read the responses from Brad on all the negative reviews… that is the tone he uses with all clients after they pay the retainer fee.I will add that the Paralegal Myola is excellent and should consider working for a professional immigration law firm.

Sought legal help back in 2017 and paid for the services over a couple months. One of two services were completed on my behalf, however, it yielded no results. After 4 years (2021) I got a call from a different attorney at the firm asking me what was taking place on my end and I told them. Due to my situation we decided to hold off on the second service. The second service, which I paid for in full was never utilized. After a time of no change I called to request a refund. After waiting a while for a refund nothing, time passes nothing, and after constant emailing, nothing. The later blamed COVID and other things. I got a letter today 02/07/2022 saying I wasn’t entitled to a refund because of the work they completed on my behalf. Truthfully it was bumped up charges to make it appear as if they did something so they could keep my money. In my opinion don’t use this firm unless you are willing to throw away money. I’m not upset but I consider it a lesson learned, will not be doing business with them in the future.

My case wasn’t an easy one. My paralegal Johanna is the best, she was there to answered all my questions and concern and gave me advise and my case whenever I called. Creme De La Creme! Expensive service? Oh yes but guess what? You get exactly what you pay for. Excellent and professional Services. February of 2021 As an LPR I hired The Offices of Spar and Bernstein virtually because I’m located in Florida to handle my Adjustment of Status for my husband who at the time was still in status. The process was explained to us in the most simplified manner. After 7 months my husband got his Combo Card and SSN. Exactly 11 months my husband got his Green Card. My Attorney Liran Shabti was the best . He went above and beyond through our entire process kept in constant communication with us via phone calls and emails every step of the way.But what stand out the most was pur Lawyer Liran Shabti!! 3 things that came up on our interview that could possibly delay or even cause a denial (2 were USCIS error). Our Lawyer Liran Shabti who was virtually present was able to overcome these challenges with his years of experience and knowledge of Immigration Law we were able to get an approval on the spot. 8 days after that we received my husband Green Card in the mail. Don’t use them. Expansive and absolutely useless, you better off doing it your self. They going make promises that no one going to keep.I paid $150 for consultation with Bradford Bernstein, he said that my problem with the embassy can be easily resolved with a couple of phone calls and he has another attorney who all she does is phone calls to the embassy. All I need is to pay an additional $3850 and they can help and my case should be resolved very soon. It’s been 9 months and an additional $1180 so the total is $5180 Wasted 9 months and my case exactly as it was ZERO progress. Now they telling me that we can keep trying calling them but it will be an additional $550 in an hour.This attorney is a layer.I have received your response. You are lying again. I have explained my wife’s case in detail including her status. You were very quick to assure me that you can help and her case will be resolved very quickly. One more detail her case was pending the administrative check when I called you. Those were the issues you promised to resolve. You have not done anything but take my money.

I got recomended to David Levy after me and my husband got into a motorcycle accident, I honestly didn’t even look for anyone else . We were going through so much trauma and pain, I just trusted my instinct and let David do his job. He visited us in a hospital. He was great! Very knowledgeable, David was there when he was needed, he took good care of our case while we were recovering. He always checked on us to make sure we were ok and gave us an update on how things were going. We were happy with the outcome.

Let me start off by saying this…If I could give a no stars I would. This is the worst experience that I have ever had with any law firm. The lawyer I had name is Moshe Borukh. This man is an insensitive, disrespectful, and unprofessional man. Not only did it take two years to hear from him about my case. He never responded to any of my emails and acted as if I was bothering him. I am sickened that this is the type of treatment I received from Spar & Bernstein. I do not on any circumstances recommend Moshe Borukh to anyone.

About 3weeks after hiring the firm, I learned of a circumstance where my beneficiary will be prevented from getting her residency so I withdrew my case.
