Tom Sacco has been a lawyer and business executive for many years. His corporate in-house positions exposed him extensively to both U. S. domestic and international commercial transactions, from inception and initial agreement(s), through project execution, and through resolution of any disputes. He lived and worked abroad in France for three years , and has familiarity with European legal regimes and business practices. Tom also has had involvement in significant transactions in Asia and in South America. He was appointed Executive VP with P/L responsibility for the Power business of Rolls-Royce Energy, and also sat on the Management Board of the Energy business.
