This attorney has been disciplined by the Florida Bar (case #201510168). In the discipline case the bar committee voted 9 to 0 to discipline this attorney on case 2015-10,168(12B) and 8 to 1 to discipline on cases 2015-10,718(12B), 2015-10,752(12B) and 2015-10,838(12B).I never mentioned 3 cases only your Bar complaint and discipline . It should be noted that your bar complaint was from a client of yours and in reference to this case you withdrew from the case on Feb.25,2020 (motion filed). The case went on for 1 more year before the final hearing. You also wrote your client in this case an email explaining to him your opinion of his behavior which your client posted on Facebook shortly after you emailed him.
