Critical: ResponsivenessWas referred by a relative about an incident approx 2 yrs ago while i was in town. Case hasn’t been settle and the female staff/receptionists lies and provide false “call back time” which lead me to calling them back every other month for updates. They need to hire new receptionists for better communication and clarification. A cousin were in a same incident and her case was settled almost a year ago and it was during the pandemic. Was referred by a relative about an incident approx 2 yrs ago while i was in town. Case hasn’t been settle and the female staff/receptionists lies and provide false “call back time” which lead me to calling them back every other month for updates. We had a very bad experience with this lawyer. We hired him to take care of our car accident and 6 months later, we didn’t have any news. He just wanted to get the case and take the money. He didn’t care about the customers. He never returned our calls or even replied to our emails. The customers service is very poor and the follow-up is nonexistent.
