Went there with my mom, very disappointed the way they treated us. First, they left us waiting outside for about 10 minutes after we rang the bell and they’ve acknowledged us we were there. Then we met with Mr. Salazar and he was so straightforward and very insensitive the way he was talking to us. Asking my mom (70 yrs old) if she knew what was in her file. My mom replied “that’s why we are here for so you can explain to us”. Didn’t want to take the time to explain why he wasn’t able to help her. We’ve paid for a 30 mins consultation, and the most he spent with us was 10 mins. Very rude and very unprofessional. Don’t waste your money.
