I worked with Leah to set up an employee contract for my business. Leah and her team are very responsive to both emails and phone calls. I think the longest I had to wait for an emailed response from them was 24 hours, and I’m sure anyone who has worked with lawyers in the past knows that a 24-hour turnaround time is superb! Further, they were attentive to even the most minute detail of our contract and included every thing I needed. Most importantly, (and I think what most people care about) Leah is fair. Not recommend. More than $700 for 4 pages contract review. I asked Leah in the first 30 minutes zoom appointment how much checking a contract will be and Leah told me that should be no more than $500. After she make you sign a contract that basically do not guarantee her job and because she needed to explain me what she modified for me in the contract she charged me another $250 even if one of the line that she added for me did not favor me at all in the contract but the other side. Also she took more than one week to do the job that it was supposed to be done in one hour, even if I called her office almost every day and humbly asked her asistentes that I was in kind of hurry on sign the contract.

I have had the pleasure of knowing Leah Martin now for at least 10 years. I had always heard she was a good attorney, but it wasn’t until I referred her to a client of mine that I really got a sense of just how good she really is, and just how much she cares for her clients. One of my clients had a particularly difficult situation. She was the primary care giver for her Father, who was dying with ALS. Two of her siblings were in charge of her Father’s estate, and when it came to light that they were miss managing her Fathers’ finances by using them for personal use, and she questioned them, they made a move to declare their father incompetent, remove her from being his primary care giver, and wanted to put their Dad in a “home” until he passed. This way no one could contest what they did with his estate. Knowing the situation I referred my client to Leah. To say this was a difficult situation, fraught with tremendous emotion, would be an understatement. My client’s Father simply wanted her to continue taking care of him, and wanted to dye at home, not in a nursing facility. Leah was able to represent them, and to accomplish what they wanted under very difficult and emotional circumstances. They were so grateful I referred her to them, and most importantly my client was allowed to continue caring for her Father, and he was able to remain at home. Leah is a consummate professional, and cares deeply for her clients! I have no hesitation whatsoever in referring her to friends and clients as I know she will do a tremendous job for them. What more can I say! If you need a attorney, you should be speaking to Leah Martin!
