My first experience with the firm was great. Craig listened through my whole sob story, and then explained my obstacles, one being the statute of limitations. Last year I had a knee replacement, and a few weeks later my quad ruptured and the surgeon continued to tell me it was torn scar tissue. The signs were all there, severe pain, inability to use my quad muscle, which caused my knee to buckle all the time. So for months my family had to watch as I was constantly falling, trying to teach myself how to walk without that muscle. And there was alot of falling. So the other thing we had to do was prove when this injury occurred. Which between my therapy notes, witnesses, and even some of the surgeons notes. The task didn’t seem that daunting.
