Called to leave a message & set up a time to speak with Doug Coe today about an inheritance. The receptionist was so rude & refused to even let me leave a message. I asked twice if I could leave a message & make an appointment to come in. She told me very hatefully “He can’t help you & if you think he can he is $350.00 an hour! He cannot help you! Now tell me what I can help you with!” Not a good way to handle business, but it’s a good way to ruin one. Bad employees only hurt businesses. I didn’t call to speak with her, I was referred to Mr. Coe because I was told he is good at estates. That phone call took place at 12:23pm today & lasted for about 2 minutes until I decided I was done with being spoken down to by a hateful person.
